Ranking uses the date of first appointment as a High Court judge (Additional or Permanent). Ties on the same date are broken by oath order within the court, then by age (earlier retirement first). “In parent HC” counts every sitting judge from that parent High Court, wherever serving. “On SC” is the number of sitting Supreme Court judges from that parent High Court. This is an indicative list, not an official gradation list.
